  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, carrier, and order size.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees are calculated at checkout where required by law.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, unless otherwise stated on the website.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless explicitly noted.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real-time status.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the expected delivery date.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law.
